We are sorry that you are not satisfied with 1986 products. We hope that your experience with 1986 gives you a loving memory. However, if you would like to return your purchase we are able to issue a refund or exchange up to 15 days after the date of receipt. Simply follow the guidelines below.
The name “*Purchaser” is the person who bought the item.
The name “*Receiver” is the person who received the product from the *Purchaser.
All sale items can only be returned for an exchange or an online credit, unless proven faulty.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We can offer you an exchange with an extra 5 working days, upon confirmation email approval.
To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that the *Purchaser received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: the shipping cost for the return item is paid by the *Purchaser or the *Receiver. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For repairs we will give 90 days guarantee for free repairs. We will provide free shipping back to the *purchaser once the repairs are finished.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In order to prevent rejection, please email us at email@example.com
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed once the product is delivered, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 20 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will email you where to send your item. We cannot exchange items that are incomplete, damaged or in an otherwise used condition. You will be notified by email once your exchange has been cleared, and your new item(s) will be delivered to you free of charge.
If the item was marked as a gift card when purchased, the *Purchaser or the *Receiver receive a gift card redeemed for the value of the return items. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be credited back to your account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift *purchaser had the order shipped to the purchaser’s address and then given to the *Receiver later, we will send a refund to the gift *purchaser and will be informed about the return if it is refunded.

Depending on where address is, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

*Usually shipping takes 5-10 workings days to the shipping address destination.
The *Purchaser or The *Receiver will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the *Purchaser received a refund, the cost of return shipping will *not be deducted from your refund. Depending on where address is, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100.00 USD, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please email us the shipping details once it is shipped.
1986 offers free international delivery on purchases over $200.00 USD. All orders below $200.00 USD, we charge 10.00 USD for all shipping. We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, All payments should be paid by the *Purchaser or the *Receiver.
